Soups

Most restaurants serve soups from cans or from powder. This is why most places do not list their full ingredients, simply because they have no idea what goes in. We cook our soups like all of our other food, in small batches and using only whole, recognisable ingredients. No starches or thickeners, no flavoured stock, no preservatives. Never frozen, always fresh from the pot.
